HR Executive• Taking Care of IT/Non-IT/ITES end to end Recruitment process• Analyzing the new requirements and meeting the clients to discuss job requirements and updates, if needed.• Brain storm with the recruiters on the strategy required to approach for the particular requirement• Fixing deadlines with recruiters to complete a business requirement, and negotiating deadlines with the clients• Interacting with the client via e-mail/phone to schedule interviews with the candidates• Host Walk-in interviews and recruitment drives for various positions• Assist in negotiating the terms for joining formalities with both the candidate and the client• Responsible for the entire life cycle of a recruitment process• Sourcing the profiles from the existing internal database / job portals• Communicating with candidates via Phone/Mails on the various requirements• Evaluating candidates and short listing them through telephonic and personal interview rounds• Sending the candidate profiles (or) candidates for further interview process• Interacting with the candidates/clients for getting the interview feedback• Negotiate with candidates/clients on the joining formalities• Follow up with the candidate and the client to confirm a smooth transition• Ensuring all reporting is updated accurately; check and send the reports to the Director on a daily basis• Training the new recruits on recruitment process, strategies, and negotiating skills.• Conduct weekly meetings on successful strategies used for other openings and areas of improvement• Motivating the recruiters to achieve individual and company goals.
