Travel to customer locations or be assigned to an individual customer site.▪ Under supervision, responsible for all on-site installations, startup, diagnosis, service and repair of Axcelis equipment.▪ Function as Axcelis’ liaison with customers on administrative, technical, operational, and maintenance issues.▪ Troubleshoot and repair complex electronic and mechanical problems.▪ Ensure customer's facility and all support equipment is ready and available for installation of equipment.▪ Coordinate and perform assembly rebuild and preventive maintenance on all Axcelis products.▪ Interface with technical support, design engineering, and manufacturing engineering on tooling, preventive maintenance procedures, design, and reliability.▪ Complete field service reports after each assignment using Axcelis Business System (FSO and Insight).▪ Work from engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals during the installation, debugging, and repair of Axcelis equipment.▪ Follow all established cleanroom cleanliness requirements, procedures, and protocols

• Performs all standard service activities • Performs routine preventative maintenance within established timeframes• Completes quality repairs• Participate in projects to reduce cost and increase uptime• Verifies operational quality of the system• Assists in planning, communicating and coordinating support plans with customer management

• Knowledge in IEC 61010-2(edition) and IEC61010-3(edition) standard (Safety Test)• Perform parts reliability testing with regards to Quality norms set by Agilent.• Debug & analyze failures and report cause of failures to management.• Preparing 8D and working with cross-functional team.• Prepare & assist PPAP samples & documentation for customer.• Knowledge on other International Standards : KCC/RCM/RoHS/FCC• Agilent/Keysight Reliability Test Requirement: Vibration/Shock/Environmental Chamber/HALT/Magnetic Immunity & Immunity.• Perform test to assure that Agilent/Keysight products met the IEC Standard for North America and EN for European Nation.• Responsible to assure that all test data are compiling as per IEC standard requirement.• Responsible to assure that the lab 5S is met.• Work with Product Reliability Engineer and Quality Reliability Engineer on product test to meet standards.• Liaise with vendor during the test equipment Cal/PM activities.• Verification of New or Equipment back from calibration/repair.• Knowledge on ISO17025 requirements for Safety Lab.• Provide Feedback to Safety Lab Engineer on improvement and updates.• Assist in verification of Lab Test procedure and feedback for improvement whenever necessary
