I have over 28 years of experience in the Information Communication Technology (ICT) field. Prior to moving to BDO, I have worked with many multi-national companies in the area of ICT related Project Management and System Implementation projects in various industry sectors including working for KPMG for a number of years.I have led and managed numerous ICT projects for public listed and global MNC corporations in undertaking IT Audits & Compliance engagements, Project Management role, conduct Business Needs Analysis, Business Process Improvement, ICT Strategy Planning, Software Development, Policy & Procedures development, System Selection and System Implementation services for various industries.At BDO, I am currently leading the IT Audit team as part of the annual financial audits of BDO’s audit clients. I am also involved in other Technology Advisory engagements. I have in-depth experience in the enhancement of operational efficiencies in the areas of ICT and Business Processes including in enterprise level software development life cycle from requirements gathering to application development to software deployment and support.Together with my structured approach to managing stakeholders’ expectations, my adaptability and diverse exposure, I can bring great value to any organisation in delivering quality service.Key Achievements 1. Successfully completed a Big Data & Analytics advisory project from Dec 2016 to October 2017 for Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (an agency under the Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia).2. Successfully managed to complete four modules during the Business Process Improvement project in ICT and Construction industry comprising of “As-Is” study and “To-Be” design for Penang Development Corporation.3. Successfully completed a 2 years project management services for Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad.4. Successfully complete a 1 year project management assignment to manage various IT projects for Petronas group of companies.
