Review of the basic engineering requirements including conceptual / feasibility report, scope of work etc. Review and approval of Technical Bid Evaluation of Equipment / Materials for order placement. Review of Mechanical Datasheets, GA Drawings, Detail Drawings and Mechanical Calculations for Static Equipment s.Involved in the design of Piping System. Provided design and technical assistance in instances where modifications are necessary.Review of Tie-in Packages such as checking the Piping plan drawings, ISO drawings, P & ID’s and Bill of Materials. Also carrying out site survey to confirm the location of Tie-ins are as per Tie-in Packages.Evaluate Design change notice / Field change notice requests related to mechanical.Process knowledge of entire LPG 4 plant.Review of Package Equipment s such as Demin Plant, Gas Turbine / Compressor, Turbo Expander / Compressor, Chemical Injection Package, Air Dryer Package, N2 Generation Package and HRSG.Review of SPIR forms submitted by Contractors, finalization of required operational spares for the procurement of spare parts. Involved in the Pre-Commissioning activities such as System Punch Listing for the entire plant, attending Pre-Commissioning / Commissioning meeting and preparing MOM.Assist in project documentation completeness with regards to pre-commissioning, commissioning and hand over to Operation.Coordination with Refinery / conducting meetings for the closure of punches.Presently involved in Commissioning and Finalizing the As Built drawings requirements.

Involved in the Design of Tanks, Piping system & Pre-bid Engineering.
