- To internalize the customer requirements and conceptualize the best suitable and commercially feasible storage with material handling solutions in the area of supply chain.- Overall facility planning that includes Slotting design, Operational flow design, receipt operations, put-away, picking and dispatch- Selection of right Storage system & material handling equipment after analyzing the stock details- Selection of other accessories like conveyors, goods lift, Chutes, lightings etc. based on the requirements - Preparation of conceptual layout & elevation drawing as per SEMA guidelines using AutoCAD as per customers requirement which in turn supports sales & marketing team- Estimation (Bill of Material preparation), Based on steel weight after discussed with marketing team, Budgetary price preparation using Advanced Excel tools- Warehouse audit services after the installation of storage racks
