Current• Primarily responsible to support cross functional execution and optimization of panda ads, payment switch, cross sell campaign across 11 markets.• Successfully managed 50+ campaigns monthly with error-free execution, meeting all deadlines.• Provide daily support to markets in planning and executing panda ads, including supply estimation and feasibility assessment,to ensure alignment with business objectives.• Conduct quality assurance and testing on panda ads prior to launch, ensuring all the campaigns meet performance standardsand align with best practices. Streamlined ad operations, reducing quality assurance time by 20% through processimprovements.• Oversees the complete execution of panda ads campaigns, including campaign setup, tracker implementation, pacingmonitoring, and optimize the performance during and after mid campaign changes.• Proactively report, manage, and troubleshoot any panda ads related issues, facilitating timely communication and resolutionwith engineering team to minimize disruptions.• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize to achieve key objectives and maximize return on investment.• Actively working with data analyst to produce dashboards and data push for campaign monitoring.• Experience and able to manage Agent Campaign center, Salesforce, Jira ticketing, Big Query, Tableau and Looker studio.• Special project for the internal team Panda ads FAQ page, Brand safety guideline, CTR benchmark and best practice.
