Handling Performance Management System and identifying scope for improving the same, offer letter generated for new employees, Employee movements, employee Exit issues, employee performance appraisal, Organizing the campus drive activities like pre-event, post event, monitoring the Interview Assessment forms, connecting with interview panels.
