This information can be found on the ZIPPARI 834 file which will be in a XML/Spreadsheet file. Enrollment Specialist will open the 834 file and analyze the data before starting to manually enter member into HRP. search for the record in Health rule Payor to make sure this record does not already exist in Payor. If the record is in Payor as the subscriber, review the data to make sure it matches the data in the report and add a note to the report to send to FHP.
