Presently handling supplier both imported and indigenous parts (Engine Prop : 25 suppliers, Chassis : 33 suppliers) • New product has been developed and Rolled out in BSVI: Proprietary parts such as Turbochargers, Injectors, Gear box, Shock absorbers, Radiators, CAC, Clutches, Exhaust after treatment system, Steering gears, Propeller shafts, Braking system parts, Engine bearings, Liners, Axles, V-rod, track rod, Bearings, Fuel filters, retainers, valve collets. From the drawing release to the complete development segments are owned.• Supplier processes are completely audited for sample, trail and Bulk audit and CTQ parameters in the process and identified and ensure the CPK>1.67 and each and every supplier processes are clearly under stood, audited and make sure all the open topics in Design level, quality level are addressed and closed properly.

• Responsible for the Proprietary Commodity parts in WIRTGEN INDIA. Managing about 94 suppliers in Pune and all across India and also majority of imported supplier from all across the globe.• Responsible for all of the supplier part issues that is being reported inline, customer end and accountable for producing the intermittent actions to support the line production and permanent counter measure for arresting the problems for the further occurrences in future.• Working as a team with the CFT team and counter functions like R & D, Production, Development and the respective functions in order to find out the exact root cause for the problems and make correct countermeasure and ensure the problems are not reporting again.• Responsible for communicating the supplier performance to suppliers and conducting the meeting with the supplier management team and WIRTGEN team and evaluating the supplier rating, performance, PPM.• Developing localized parts of Proprietary, Casting, Machining and Welding commodity and ensuring the parts are developed as per the drawing and checking the fitment trail in the line and make sure that the part on vehicle level.• Raising Supplier Non-Conformance Report Regarding Quality issues and Receiving and verifying 8’D reports from supplier and Investigating the problems up to its roots and finding the solution to reduce/eliminate the problems there by controlling the Quality by conducting Various Audits.

• Developing localized parts of various commodity and ensuring the parts are developed as per the drawing and checking the fitment trail in the line and make sure that the part on vehicle level. • 8’D approach of Problem Analysis: Investigating the problems up to its roots and finding the solution to reduce/eliminate the problems there by controlling the Quality.• Complete responsible for the Parts Quality Assurance & Non-Conformity of parts in Plant Chennai.• Involving in various problem solving activities in plant for the part level and communicate to KD, local suppliers in and around in the various parts of India..• Around 60 local suppliers are being handled in the various parts of India, Handling various commodity of parts such as proprietary parts, Electrical parts, Dynamic parts, Forging, Machining, Casting, Injection molding, rubber extrusion, sheet metal and sintering parts etc.,• Responsible for all of the supplier part issues that is being reported inline, customer end and accountable for producing the intermittent actions to support the line production and permanent counter measure for arresting the problems for the further occurrences in future.• Responsible to visit various local suppliers end to conduct the 3 types of audits (Quality Management audit, Supplier Survey audit and process verification audit) during the various levels of the part development process.• Part related deviations such as Engineering change note, Action Authorization sheet, Deviation request note and Design change fitment related concerns are being analyzed and approval is being provided to respective suppliers.• Setting, monitoring and communicating to all the problems to suppliers regarding the local KPI and quality metrics trend, deliverables and actions are being received from suppliers for their problems with back up plan.
