Sales coordination and collection coordinations.Preparing yearly targets, monthly sales projections and monthly outstanding collection plan along with zonal sales manager.Submitting sales and collection plan's actual status to top management at daily,weekly and monthly wise.Taking necessary steps to giving the business to fabricators through zonal sales manager and sales executives.Sales executives recruitment,training,monitoring their day to day work,issuing the online leads,validating leads generated by executives and motivating executives to achieve their targets.Preparing the price list for existing and new fabricators to enhance sales and increase profitability.

Collecting spares PO from dealers then check with older records,preparing work orders and send to design team to release for productions.Coordinate with production, quality, testing, accounts and dealers for sales and ensuring commissioning.

Preparing monthly sales plan. Check with daily productions to achieve the sales plan.Manage labors of quality assurance,fettling,sand blasting,pre-machining, painting. Fulfill their needs and get works from them to complete the sales.Maintain inventory for packing materials, paint and other needed goods.Send some castings for job works like special pre-machining and special painting.Coordinate with HO team for export dispatches.
