Responsible for Gears and Shafts Final machining line controlling and monitoring defects. Man power handling, prepare SOP for improving Production quality process.Involving in eliminating customer complaints, rework and operation scrap minimization, PPE & PPM monitoring, RCA, OMS, EMS, CAPA.Responsible for daily Monitoring reports.Monitoring process variations and taking necessary action for repetitive issues in Gearbox assembly. Handling of Liebherr (Shaping, Hobbing & Teeth Grinding), PMT (Bore grinding process), AWH(external surface grinding process), NTC (grinding process),Knowledge of various CNC machines as mentioned above. Knowledge of G codes and M codes.Maintaining of Kaizen line audit, 5's principle, GEMBA practices in industry.Knowledge of Tools handling (Fixtures & jigs, Worm & Disc, single point dresser)Handling of Gauges and Measuring instruments and in charge of calibration of measuring instruments.SAP works (involved in Production planning, production entry, Tool stock system, quality records).

Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint.Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge with co-workers.Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.Obtaining any materials and equipment required.
