Technical negotiations with the Automotive OEMs to understand their requirements and offering suitable products with the nearest specifications.2. Understanding the customer requirement, creating new applications for the products and preparing commercial quotes.3. Resolving issues related to Quality / Cost at Customer site.4. PPAP documents submission for approval of the product5. Continuous interaction with OEM Customer and providing necessary inputs to APQP team6. Co-ordination with APQP team, till Quality sign-off of the Customer products.7. Ensuring timely delivery (JIT Basis) to the Customer end.8. Cross-functional teams have been formed and working meetings are being conducted to develop the New products.9. Validating with the competitor products in terms of price, reliability, durability, and quality.10. Introducing new processes and cost detection by approaching alternate sources for supplies based on Product Nature and activities are as per Quality Systems Procedure of ISO/TS 1694911. Handling the Warranty analysis in the Customer end and resolving the issues in the Customer end.12. Searching for the new business opportunities by visiting the Customer end regularly.13. Forecasting the new vehicle programs in the Customer end and providing the necessary inputs to the customer and to the company.
