Taken up a very challenging role which demands very high energy level and enthusiasm towards the responsibility endorsed to my care. I had to coordinate the onshore and offshore team located in Calcutta, Chennai and Coimbatore. The role was to coordinate with the developers stationed at various geographical locations and deliver the advertisements created at these locations to the client "Super media" located in the United States. Our service quality was assessed and maintained through the standards of TCS ( TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES). Asec India forms to be the design partner and TCS forms to be the quality assurance partner for the operations.

I have taken up role of developing new innovative products, which enables the end users through mobile and with Internet. I take pride in developing a national award winning product "www.velaisms.in ". What we done there....1. Enable Planning for employability and employment reformers.2. Identifies and creates profiles as per the criterion (e.g.) identifying, verifying and digitizing the Below Poverty Line (BPL) unskilled/skilled rural/urban mass in the preferred rural/urban location.3. Engage and empower the rural/urban under privileged during and post training period.4. Employ by accurately matching the requirements of employment reformers with the trained workforce from employability reformers.5. Redeploy same resource to another company when he or she quits the current job due to personal or social compulsion or is asked to leave. This way our approach is to build a sustainable platform for transformation.
