Journey with the BPO begin in the year 2003 when I joined Daksh as Technical support executive and was part of US Financial Software Giant, 2004 became lead in same process.2006 got promoted to Assistant Manager Operations span increased from regular Operational activities to Hiring for the process and was the ambassador for the Employee referral program.Canadian Tax Group came as an existing challenge and results were all Green and got opportunity Deputy Manager in 2008.Transitioned an Australian Financial Software and managed it till early 2010.Continue building my horizons and adding own to the knowledge and skill set moved as Manager HR to setup a vertical for New Hire Performance Management.So journey started from Operations to hiring than transitioning and now firing as they say “learning never stops”Finaly To Hiring through Employee referal program.2013 Journey Continues : Human Resource Partner.
