While performing my daily accounting and tax duties, and guiding two junior accountants, I was also actively participating in other concurrent projects within the company. Some of the projects include:* Software Adoption Support: I assisted my company's adoption of Glasiaous as company's primary accounting software. By performing initial set-ups of the program, including accounts and master set-ups, I was able to bridge the gap between program's capabilities to users' needs. * Project Coordinator: By providing communication support between Japanese management from Japan Headquater and Thai management from its subsidiary in Thailand, we were able to establish positive relationships with Thai subsidiary and obtained necessary information to generate a business improvement plan for our client.

My responsibilities included but not limited to preparation of monthly/annual financial statements and tax reports for Japanese companies in Thailand. I recorded transactions, adjusted journal entries, and generated monthly financial statements for clients from trading and service industries. I prepared monthly tax reports, book-to-tax reconciliation, as well as interim and final corporate income tax reports under Thai Revenue Code. In addition to my main roles, I was assigned to participate in training for cloud-based accounting software "Glasiaous", allowing our clients to share accounting information with their parent companies in Japan real-time. I organized several informational session for potential clients. With proficiency in both English and Japanese, I occasionally helped with Thai-Japanese interpretation in meetings and daily communication within the company.
