Responsible for the setup and implementation of CRS (Computer Reservation System)

• Presently working for the setup of space control and Revenue Management• Interacting with the developers for requirement gathering, designing and reporting.• Different reports like: Fare and schedule analysis etc• Preparing test scenarios. Work with the testing team to prepare the testing plan, scope and other relevant documents and reviewing the test cases prepared.• Analyzing the change request and co-ordinating the changes required with the development team.
