CurrentIn liaison with the Business COO, GMs, Project Managers, Group MD and Group Senior HRs to develop a HR and administrative strategy for the business/HR.Create and support a continuous improvement environment for HR and administrative activities within the Business Units.Manage the recruitment process to secure competent, qualified employees within the framework of a value-added talent management program by supporting subsidiary management in determining recruitment needs and setting hiring criteria.Formulate and implement performance management plans to improve performance or assist with exit from the organisation.Develop succession plans/retention strategies for key talents and execute a learning and development plan that equips individuals with necessary skills.Ensure compliance with local law related to all Government relation activities and Group policy throughout the employee lifecycle. Communicate and implement changes to HR policies and procedures.Ensure disciplinary procedure is properly applied before any employee is excited from the business.Support Business Heads in creating a culture of employee engagement based upon company values. Reinforce at all times a culture of meritocracy, performance-focus and diversity.Focus on measuring the employee engagement of the business units and take actions necessary to improve it.Support and facilitate the implementation of HR systems, tactics, business structure reorganization and consolidation to deliver efficiencies.Provide line management with regular and financial reporting of employee costs.Ensure annual manpower budgeting exercise is conducted accurately and efficiently. Create, obtain approval for and manage HR Department budget. Ensure HR Team adherence to the business financial systems and processes.Ensure compliance to administrative task such as Government Relations, PRO activities, License renewals and etc.. are being follow up and completed on time to meet the local law.
