Involved in Posting Resumes on Portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder etc.• Responsible for making hotlist of available consultants. • Uploading the resume in to the portals like Dice, Indeed, Career Builder and Monster. • Searching the requirements in the above mentioned portals and also in LinkedIn and Apply.• Attending calls and calling the Vendors for the submissions purpose. • Rate negotiation with Vendors. And taking care of the resume to be submitted to the end Client. • Scheduling interviews for the short-listed consultants and coordinating with consulting firms.• Updating the submissions in to the submissions sheet, attanding the meetings with Lead and the Manager.• Followup for the paper work.
