Independently Handled Plant Payroll Process of more than 6000 employee Revise and update the record of salary structure in master data as well in HR software. Maintenance of employees' salary structure, records & Master Data Bank of all employeesCalculation of Variable pay, arrears & bonus of employees. To make Daily, Monthly M.I.S. & other Reports.Prepare Full & Final settlement, calculation of leave encashment/gratuity and settlement of the dues.Manpower planning (ITI Holders - Manufacturing Associates) according to business requirements & to make hiring schedules accordingly. Screening, short listing of resumes through data bank, in house and campus hiring. Scheduling Interviews with concerned department.Preparation of salary break-ups & negotiating with the candidates after selection. Issue & roll out offer letters, & remain in contact with candidates till joining. Exit interviews & Process for full and final settlements of the resigned employees. Maintain records for all active as well as terminated employees & Reports generation. To prepare salary budget yearly and long term of employees.
