Responsibilities• Document Verification include (EDUCATION DETAIL & ADDRESS PROOF )• Check for accuracy and edit files.• Copying, scanning and storing documents.• Shorting the file, Exit, Floor co-ordinator and lastly Report or Record maintenance the Passport file• File documents in physical and digital records.• Create templates for future use.• Certifying that the proper background checks have been conducted on the final applicants.• Processing the passport Applications and Orders.• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions, are taken.• Resolve customer queries and issues.• Ensure the quality of services delivered. • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of an agreement.
