1. Checking Electrical, HVAC and Fire Fighting works concept reports and designs and drawings received from consultants.2. To check designs, drawings and cost estimates received from the consultants or Project Heads and see their conformity with govt regulations and bye laws.3. Day to day co-ordination with the service consultants for the various Electro-Mechanical services which form a part of the planning of the Residential and the Commercial projects.4. Preparation of project schedule and monitoring the progress of the project for Timely completion. Implementing quality and safety plan. Daily Progress report and Gap analysis.5. Preparation of rate analysis for Internal & External Electrical works HVAC and Fire Fighting.6. Discussing technical aspects of Electrical system with consultants.7. Coordinate with Project heads/engineers deputed at site regarding services works.8. Site visit to check the quality and progress of the work if required.9. Checking BOQ's and estimates for the internal and external Electrical works.10. Checking of deviation statement (cost & quantity) for the material as per agreement against the actual executed material.11. Forecasting of material required for project. Statutory Documentation & Auditing.12. Critique all relevant drawings, specifications, BOQ's, estimates etc provided by the architects/consultants; and provide inputs/suggestion
