Inspection of insulation applied to pipe spools after heat tracing. Touch up of structures and all damage areas during construction/commissioning stage.  Examination of all certification and documentation to ensure validity and compliance with specifications, drawings, manufacturing and inspection test plans.  Reporting and coordinating all non-conformances and Quality major problems to Project Management, site team and Quality Head and thereby taking necessary actions.  Inspection and monitoring of hot dip galvanized embedded plates, anchor bolts, pipes, fittings, flanges & fasteners, weld joints, etc. Inspection and monitoring of repair of hot dip galvanized damage surface by cold galvanizing. Coordinates with client inspector/TPI or client itself on inspection at various stages. Verification of calibration of measuring instruments and upkeep their records. Documentation of test results and compilation of consolidated test reports  Confirm repairs, re-testing and re-inspection in accordance with specifications Raising RFI, updating MDR, issuing bonder and repair qualification card, etc. Selection of painting and coating raw material according to Saudi Aramco specification Mechanical structures, piping, spool and concrete foundations..
