• As a buyer for procurement and contracts division of sports & events category – responsible for sourcing requirement of events such as IPL, ISL, Reliance Foundation Events and Lakme Fashion Week.• Work closely with user groups and coordinate purchase/sourcing need and preparing SOW document.• Responsible for supplier identification, qualification assessment and short-listing.• Prepare, setup and float RFI/RFP document to the vendors.• Preparing and releasing RFQ enquiries to the shortlisted vendors; compiling bid packages and issuing Request for Quotation (RFQ); receiving bids and preparing commercial bid summary for arriving at a purchasing strategy.• Responsible for comparative analysis of suppliers bid and negotiating contract cost, terms and conditions.• Organizing inquiry documents (technical & commercial) & floating inquiries to the suitable vendors; following up with the vendors to get the quotations on-time to avoid any delay.• Coordinate with vendors and ensure seamless delivery and billing coordination.• Monitor and manage supplier performance.
