CurrentI lead & manage end-to-end brand experience for Akriva HCM and FacttwinI make sure to propel both Akrivia HCM and Facttwin's brand identity, nurturing creativity, and ensuring a consistently captivating brand presence across all collateral materials and digital advertisements. This requires a close partnership and collaboration with Product marketing, Content, Digital Marketing teams and buy-ins from leadership.The role involves:1. Managing a team of Graphic DesignersCollaboration with multidisciplinary teams and leadership to ensure both organisations Brand Experiences is the best in class.2. Crafting and implementing design templates for collaterals and establishing a comprehensive design system. This effort has been supported by streamlining design workflows to ensure the delivery of high-calibre design outputs.3. Bring innovative design ideas, best practice examples and cutting-edge design practices to support all design deliverables4. Collaborating closely with stakeholders holders to guarantee that our design assets eloquently convey the essence of our brand.5. Assiduously conducting routine reviews of design outputs, guaranteeing strict adherence to brand guidelines and project requisites.6. Curating a toolkit of brand elements tailored for various needs, including collaterals, Google digital ads, and social media banners.7. Setting & Managing Processes, Practices, Tools & Technology to create gold-standards of design.
