  Mounting & Un-mounting networking equipment from rack unit.Co-ordinating with customers/ ISP Engineers to check and re-solve link down issue.Ejecting and inserting LTO Tapes as per customer request.Providing support in migration activity E.g. link migration and cable swapping.Power cycling or rebooting networking equipments.Checking LED/other indicators of the equipment (Physical observation of the server such as power LED status, server LED and occurence of noise etc.)Taking power level reading Tx and Rx, providing loops and cleaning the cables and ports.Plug IN/ Out network connectors.Providing console access for the mentioned devices to the customers.Connecting monitor and keyboard to the server to check IP address and VLAN ID Connecting cable to the given port and assigning IPv4 address and pinging the same.Raising change request (CR) in snow portal.Receive and issue gatepass of equipments on behalf of customers.
