Application & Process Specialist January 2007 – January 2012- supports end-users in all system and process related questions and problems (approx. 60 pers. in finland) and approx. 60 pers. abroad (India, Singapore, KL)- creates and updates users guides, training materials and work instructions- administrate access rights to MLS (modular logistics system) used in Nokia Siemens Networks- drives data cleaning activities- participates development system testing- trains end-users and new Key users- understands different sales modes and processes - log in problems to RMT tool -> is responsible for issuing xx problems to next level of technical support - customer project handling (responsible of customer project ordering and invoicing)- is responsible for despatch monitoring between logistics systems (SAP and MLS)- Period end reporting -> is responsible for period end sales reporting

Logistics Coordinator- receives and validates customer purchase orders; enters, schedules and confirms sales orders- manages shipping and transportation and handles customer related quality issues, e.g. shortages and complaints- fulfills export control and customs compliance related requirements- controls value flow, checks invoice trigger and ensures correct invoice and related documents, e.g. Letter of Credit documentation- acts as key interface to the customer/account providing day to day logistics support incl. reporting

-creating and updating intranet web pages -travel arrangements own department personel-making different web based surveys -meeting arrangements/meeting minutes-arrangeing team days, small training sessions/conferences-access arrangements for new personel, hands-on matters-invoice checking and forwarding-normal office routines
