My last position in ABB was Project Engineer in North- and South America –region. During my 4,5 years experience in ABB I have had the change to get to know the whole order-delivery process and its different functions. I know the process from order booking till invoicing. I have learned to serve the customer on various different phases of the project and in my opinion the most important thing in good customer service is the communication, being available for your customer. I know the importance of correct information from the site conditions and customer solutions at early stage of the factory process, I have learned that flexibility and ability to handle changes during production is a great value-adder to customer and that the last stages of the project is the ones that customer will remember. So we better put our efforts also on finalizing the product, pack them properly and transport them to our customers on time to give our customers good experience and bring them back to us.
