Recruitment Business Partner
Current-Identifying current and future recruitment needs and priorities with different stakeholders, such as Heads of Business -Finding suitable talents via sourcing and job advertising (e.g. IT procurement consultants, enterprise architects, management consultants, project managers, agile coaches, information security consultants) -Evaluating, interviewing and processing candidates through the recruitment pipeline-Ensuring a responsive and robust recruitment process to all candidates-Advising and supporting interviewers and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, e.g. interviewing methods, recruitment system, and evaluating the candidates-Reviewing the recruitment process and making suggestions for development when needed-Coaching consultants for client interviews
