Motive8 Group is a group of companies working together to strengthen the government program delivery system across 13 districts of 3 States.

I worked under India Government 's Policy Think Tank NITI Aayog, to fuel in development engine in one of the least developed corners of the country and assisted the district administration through ideation, planning, implementation, monitoring and documenting interventions, across thematic areas of education, health, nutrition, basic infra, financial education as well as skill development. I also mobilised CSR funding of 1 Crore and 22 Lac through PSUs like HPCL, BEML, IOCL etc. I got perpetual chances to implement several innovative projects like 'MHM Chahi' (Library to create awareness about MHM in government schools), 'Solar Smartshaala' (Digital Learning Solar Power Classroom in Gov Schools) etc.

Got a chance to organise World's largest awareness drive on menstruation issue 'Garima Abhiyan', sensitising entire district's population base of 6 Lac. Assured 'Freedom from Chalk Dust' by replacing blackboards by whiteboards in more than 900 Classrooms of Government Schools. I worked with the district administration to organised district level awareness drive to keep check on spread of Malaria, TB, Filariasis and got 93 'Smart Classrooms' established in the district so as to facilitate ICT enabled digital learning program in government school.

I worked at an advisory role to the Member of Parliament and assisted the parliamentarian Dr. Sanjay Jaiswal in constituency's management and development. I worked on multiple interventions i.e. installations of 2000 solar LED street lights installed; free distribution of artificial limbs and other aid to 500 specially abled individuals; establishment of 20 FPOs to provide end to end input facilities to the farmers at their doorsteps; getting 'Digital Libraries' established in 7 residential girl's schools of the district etc.
