My role was of Demand Planning and my project was development and assessment of demand planning forecasting model to improve inventory and service level. Some of the significant acheivemnent during my two month stint were:1. MAPE reduction by 0.75% to 6.76% across top performing SKUs for 5 different business unit2. MAPE reduction by 1.37% for top performing 22 SKU’s of yoghurt business through revised model 3. Potential Release of capital by 5M USD by implementing proposed forecasting model within a year for selected cereals SKUs.

I worked as a test engineer in Wipro Bangalore for our client State Street Corporation where my main role was to assure quality and sustainability of the back-end module of the software.
