As Key Accounts Manager for APAC, my responsibility will be to grow the KEY and STRATEGIC accounts in the region, support the partners to develop/build their PeopleCert portfolio and generate revenue.

Establish relationships with key decision makers of training organizations, universities, and corporations and help grow PeopleCert market share and revenue. I handled 50+ partners in India.

- Developing and deploying quarterly and annual plans, programs and policies; backing all cross-company sales objectives such as budgets preparation, forecasting of sales targets, and so on.- Providing leadership direction and mentoring account management team on client strategies, market and competitor trends, account mining, retention, training requirements, training facilitation, content development and revenue tracking. - Leveraging skills in empaneling the organization on third Party Portals for Online Sales such as Snapdeal, Groupon, Udemy, Wiziq, Reed.co.uk, etc.- Defining suitable solution & technology in alignment of the requirement of Request for Proposal (RFP) against new training requirements training delivery and customization of training content depending on clients’ requirement.- Supervising cross-functional teams like Sales and Marketing, E-Learning Content Development, Online Product Development, CMS and LMS Management, etc. - Directed hiring and training of personnel; tracked performance of company’s sales for customers such as AuthorGen, Bharti Infratel, Indus Towers, Tibco, American Towers, Hero Motors, Telesonic, Wipro, Infosys, Telenor, Bharti Realty, CII, BYST, CSF, EFKON, IICA and International Clients such as Etisalat, Upknowledge and Brolaz.
