Duties & Responsibilities:• Organizing and managing all related inventory records. • Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.• Carry out surprise, material stacking & spot check; verify procedures in place and report finding to ensure that transactions are properly handled.• Identifying unmoved inventory such as damage/expiry, excess, slow-moving or non-moving materials to reduce inventory value and carrying cost.• Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.• Perform various inventory transactions, tasks & handle special assignment related to department to achieve department objectives.• Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency, and personnel issues to upper management.

Duties & Responsibilities:• Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision• Maintain outstanding warehouse condition and visual merchandising standards.• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock reports etc).• Reviewing the existing assets, developing & implementing the standard policies and procedures in consultation with top management.• Monitoring the logistics of all inventory items and company assets on Mobilization/ Demobilization of the projects. • Safeguard the company assets from probable theft, pilferage and ensure the assets are fully covered the insurance.

Duties & Responsibilities:• Process purchase requisitions/orders within purchasing authority.• Invite, assess, and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.• Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages and insurance.
