I provide support and supervision to a cluster of projects spread across the state or multiple states within a region.As the Head of the designated state/region, my primary responsibility is to lead a team of professionals, ensuring that our programs are delivered with the utmost quality in accordance with established systems and procedures. By fostering a culture of excellence, we strive to make a significant impact in our mission to protect children and combat human trafficking.As a Manager, I am accountable for all operations, encompassing key areas such as proposal development, resource generation, advocacy efforts, and representing the organization at the state level. Additionally, I actively seek partnerships and collaborations that align with our mission on behalf of FXBIS in the defined geographical location. These strategic alliances strengthen our outreach and allow us to make a more profound difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.I work closely with the Strategic Management Team of the organization, collaborating to chart a course for success. TISS established the School of Vocational Studies to offer targeted interventions aimed at improving the lives of disadvantaged and marginalized youth. In collaboration with AICTE, TISS launched this initiative to demonstrate how vocational studies can be integrated into the university system. I was empaneled to teach students enrolled in the Bachelor of Vocational Education in Child Protection course.

Invited by University of Leiden to conduct field work on Drinking Water Management in The Netherlands.
