Project: Pfizer - Pfizer is a multi-award winning healthcare and pharmaceutical IT leader providing a platform to streamline communication between patients and healthcare providers, used by 15+ hospitals (5K+ doctors).Leading the migration from monolithic systems to microservices architecture using Kubernetes (K8s), delivering a robust and highly scalable environment that maintained an uptime of 99.99% and decreased deployment time from 10 to 3 min. Applying Jenkins, Prometheus for streamlined orchestration and access control.Architected platform scalability on Azure, managing a workload surpassing 300k requests per minute, leveraging Terraform, Ansible, and Bash for orchestration. Ensured peak performance aligned with business metrics while pursuing cost optimization strategies. This led to annual savings of 40K USD.Managing the CI/CD process, monitoring of application/infrastructure and migration activities. Maintained and automated 100+ CI/CD jobs and created Dashboards for logging and application monitoring using Kibana and Grafana. Worked on IasC using Terraform, CasC via Ansible.In the automation of application CI/CD, I have worked on workflows that we used to provide the infrastructure on Azure and AWS, resulting in a 90% reduction in manual errors and faster delivery of features and bug fixes to production.Advising and mentoring the development team of 30 in the adoption of Kubernetes and Docker for containerization. Project: Novartis - New Jersey-based healthcare platform offering cloud-based services to 1k+ clinics (50k+ daily logins) to communicate with clients in the US.I worked in a team of 12 engineers to take care of application deployments using Jenkins and Kubernetes. I was responsible for dockerization of Python-/ Java-based apps and onboarding to cloud (AWS).Migrated the monolith on-premise architecture to a cloud-based microservice deployed in AWS. Developed the 5+ features from scratch to improve the management of the application.Applied logs and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, cloud watch. Set up alert manager alerts for Slack and ops genie.Technologies used: AWS | Docker | Jenkins | | Kibana | Github | ServiceNow | App Dynamics | Dynatrace | Ansible.
