Good understanding of Electrical & Civil Drawings and Planning of Projects, Operations & Maintenance of systems.• Ensures that Contractors / Vendors carry out his work according to the contract. • Ensures quality of work carried out by the contractor. • Ensures Contractor remains within the time schedule and contract cost regarding all aspects. • Check contracts safety procedure regarding Electrical erection and start up and Compliance of various safety protocols at sites.• Concentrates on contractor’s action, exclusively on site and site related activities. • Support to purchase team regarding procurement of materials, supports to QS/QC team regarding quantity certifications.• Involves in joint inspection by external teams & 3rd party authorities.• Completion of project within the stipulated time frame.• Responsible for reduction of overhead cost in project execution.• Continuous development through KAIZEN.
