Major programs included emergency egress systems for Joint Strike Fighter (F-35), Harpoon and JASSM missile ignition systems, Martin Baker ejection seat pyrotechnic devices, and Standard Missile 3 detonation systems.

Start up role that included: project management of airworthiness/systems safety accreditation and compliance; identifying risks to airworthiness and guiding broader policy/new regulations related to aeronautical data.Included a temporary promotion to 'Acting Director' (note: the military promotion system is centralised and thus does not allow for instantaneous promotion):A senior management role that included: leading an organization of approx 40 staff through significant change; strategic planning; and managing significant operational, HR, technological and safety issues.Included work as a reserve officer:Provision of executive level support including strategic foresight workshop facilitation, engineering system certification, training design, training system critical analysis, business continuity planning, and coaching of team leaders.

A junior project management role with a promotion to a middle management role that included: managing and developing a team of four junior engineers to ensure the structural integrity and airworthiness of aerial delivery loads for the Australian Defence Force; developing and reviewing engineering designs; and project management of aerial delivery tasks.
