In the late 2013, I was in charge to answer to an RFP for BNP PARIBAS / IPS whose prime objective was to build a Service Center on Project Management activities. On first quarter 2014, I won that RFP (turnover of more than 8 millions Euros) and I was involved in the installation of the organization and in the ramp up of the teams and activities : about 30 project managers in less than 4 months for 4 entities.On june, i was nominated as Program Manager in charge to lead 3 projects : 1/ stabilize the on site teams, 2/ finalize the transition phase and the switching to the running phase 3/ instanciate the transformation plan to take a full commitment on the service in end 2014 - start 2015.

I achieved the development of the modules MACAO and PAPAO of the new Information System EVOA (Evolution des Obligations d’Achat) on behalf of the DOAAT and the DSP of EDF.
