Current**Operations Superintendent | Grand Lake Timber Mill**Experienced Operations Superintendent with a strong background in managing critical production areas within the timber industry. I oversee the efficient operation of the Stock Yard, encompassing green, dry, and dressed timber, ensuring optimal inventory management and quality control. I am also responsible for the management of Drying Kilns, focusing on strategic planning and maintaining high standards of drying quality.In addition to these responsibilities, I lead the Production Planning for the planermill, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to production schedules. My role extends to spearheading process improvement initiatives across all areas under my supervision, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in line with organizational goals.
