•Conducted in-depth credit analysis on over 50 Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Multifamily loans which resulted in successful securitization of $270 Million± in mortgage backed securities. •Spearheaded $87 Million portfolio restructure of distressed loans which saved company millions in potential losses. •Inspected multifamily properties in order to ensure physical integrity of assets slated for debt financing. •Performed preliminary asset valuation on properties in which a loan commitment was needed prior to finalization of an appraisal from a third party vendor. •Served on 3 member team that underwrote $120 Million Portfolio Loan that was used to refinance 4 senior communities owned by Hometown America, one of the nation’s largest owner/operator of Manufactured Housing Communities.•Formed solutions to problems associated with real estate transactions that resulted in loan approval and subsequent debt financing that would have not taken place without my risk mitigation analysis. •Underwrote $6 Million of debt financing for affordable housing development within a third of the time it takes to process a loan. Quick turnaround ensured that our borrower did not default on existing mortgage, which was maturing within 15 days of receiving loan application. •Trained 20± new hires as well as underwriting analysts on multifamily market research.
