As an MBA student with a specialization in Business Analytics and Digital Marketing and a robust background in finance, organizational development, and community engagement, I am passionate about leveraging my diverse skill set to drive business growth and foster strong partnerships and client relationships. My career spans over five years in organizational development and three years in the financial services industry, where I have consistently demonstrated my ability in financial analysis, project management, and high-net-worth client relationship management.Previously, as an Executive Administrator I led diverse teams, supported business development initiatives, and secured significant funding through grant writing. My experience extends to the non-profit sector, where I have successfully managed projects and programs to improve childhood and youth education and health. As a Project Manager for an NGO, I collaborated with Ghana’s Ministry of Education to establish a library and after-school programs, making education more accessible for youth in rural villages. Additionally, as a Program Director, I established and managed a sports program for a low-income community, securing valuable partnerships and donations to make it affordable and free for all children.In the corporate realm, my roles at Vanguard and PNC Financial Services Group have equipped me with a deep understanding of financial and data analysis and investment management, building off of my education in Finance at Penn State University, where I graduated at the top of my class. I have consistently delivered high-quality service to clients and formed teams to improve the client experience and enhance training.
