Work with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operation,Serve as the first level operational escalation point for customer-related issues.,Configure all Data equipment required for deployment including routers, switches & Wi-Fi.,Troubleshoot all equipment and services for customer and providing solution related to LAN , WAN Wi-Fi Etc.,Troubleshooting DC, DR & HO Issues for LAN , WAN & Wi-Fi connectivity and providing resolution. ,Troubleshooting and configuring routing protocol EIGRP, OSPF & BGP., Troubleshooting with other teams i.e. Security, Wintel , Storage etc to find out the root cause of the issue .,Troubleshoot issues with ISP and business Partners for data connectivity issues and fixing it., Troubleshooting on all the DC-DR Devices like Nexus, ISR Router4451.,Working on SDWAN to check and fix WAN Issues with ISP and SDWAN vendor Team.,Working and troubleshooting on Solar wind Tools to monitor the branches and DC-DR devices,Hands on Experience on C3560, C3650, C3750, C3850, C4948, C4503, C9300, ISR4451, Nexus 9K, WLC 5520, Solar winds Tools, Chassis switch C6509 and ISE Etc., IOS upgrade of Cisco L2 & L3 Switches like 2950, 2960, 3650 in Stack and Etc.
