• Working in Windows Server/Unix environment.• Monitoring technology environment using industry standard monitoring and automation tools like Control-M, IBM Tivoli Netcool, Atlas Remedy and Veritas NetBackup with the ability to meet established (SLA) objectives.• Creating Tickets via Atlas Remedy and Working on resolving them in the defined SLA• Working on Netcool to monitor the server health.• Managing user passwords for Solaris, AIX and Linux servers.• Break fixing free space alerts , mount loss alerts • Monitoring Control-M jobs and performing Control-M batch job operations like killing, starting, holding, deleting, providing QR to jobs etc.• Adding new cycle of Control-M jobs in daily schedule on request.• Troubleshooting on Backup and other Netbackup issues.• To Investigate and to diagnose various type of incidents like problem / work request etc.
