 I worked on airline project where we migrated TIBCO BE & BW code to Java & Spring Boot application. Thesemigrated applications are deployed to AWS cloud environment which improved ticket processing systemperformance and gave flexibility to have more control on application and infrastructure. Collaborated with cross functional team to develop and enhance airline reservation system modules includingtickets booking, seat allocation and check-in process. Conducted through testing and debugging to identify and resolve defects, improving overall system performanceand stability. Project is migrated using Java 11 and Spring Boot Framework. Here I have used Apache Camel to send andreceive various types of events. To save passenger and tickets related data we have used AWS document Db andto store various types of events I have used MySQL database. I have used Team City for CI/CD and Datadog tomonitor containers for information like health, performance, CPU and memory usage, check logs, create alertsfor various types of errors and warnings.

 I worked on an e-commerce project for basket/trolley/cart API team as a backend developer. This API is used tofetch a user’s cart details and check if those products are available and is it deliverable or can be collected fromstores. After fetching products details, price, and availability it will create & send a response to client with all therequired details, which UI team can display on the website. Client started selling their brand clothing in the stores and, they have its separate website for clothing brand, butsince they started selling cloths as well in stores our APIs also needed to adapt this. To fulfil this requirement, Ihave added a feature where if a user add a clothing product in cart, then we will call clothing website API to getthe price and availability of the product and generate final response. Post this feature we have seen 35 – 40% increase in traffic to our website and ~30% increase in sale from thewebsite. I have written unit testing cases to check if all functional part is working as expected and nothing else is breakingif any new changes are made to this service. In this project we have used Java 8 with Spring Boot Framework. I have used MongoDB and Jenkins for CI/CD.Apart from these I have used Datadog, Splunk and Kibana for monitoring application and check logs also tocreate alerts. To track progress and documentation I have used Jira, ServiceNow & Confluence.
