Responsibilities1. Intimate knowledge of the existing portfolio, ensuring technical and sales/dealer support where necessary.2. Highlighting areas of commercial opportunity and ensuring long-term growth and maximum return on investment. Managing the ongoing maintenance of the existing product lines.3. Input into product forecasts, incorporating regional sales plans, planned product developments, product life cycle analysis and market trends.4. Data Collection and synthesizes on products, competitor, customer, and market information to support product management decisions and support the sales process. 5. Maintaining and updating sales and product training materials to ensure HM/dealer sales and design staff in the regions are fully competent to independently present HM and its product portfolio.

Planning and Operations:• Plan and execute merchandise strategy in line with consumer requirements and profitability mix• Create and roll out marketing campaigns to improve customer walk ins, brand salience and sales profitably• Plan and roll out distribution strategy to expand into new markets and develop new markets • Ensure SOPs are implemented as per standards and the consumers get the defined experience• To keep the account of profit and loss, Responsible for Opening to the closing of the Store.Ensuring the inward & outward inventory records• In association with HR, responsible for the hiring, training and development of new Retail Managers and Executives • Continuously upgrade skills of subordinates by providing regular training not only on selling skills but also on operations, leadership etc• Involve employees in engagement programs to keep them motivated and informed on company initiatives

• Acting as the primary interface between the various International banks and Hotel business areas and the IT Service Delivery groups for all security and fraud detection requirements.• Ensure that business requirements are satisfied with appropriate functionality, process and systems that are easy to use, of the highest quality and are implemented on time and within budget. • Proficient handling of budgeting, vendor management, SLA management, procurement & facilities management. • Analyzing information system needs, evaluating end-user requirements, custom designing solutions, troubleshooting for complex information systems management.
