- Works closely with the Business team to develop and deliver a strategy for adding value to the clients, ensuring that expectations are managed proactively and any issues arising are dealt with promptly and appropriately- Ensures that appropriate project management and quality standards are developed and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle- Responsible for Delivery management – scoping, solutioning and timely delivering the product/requirement- Responsible for achieving or exceeding targeted project delivery with quality, timely reporting of all project variables - SPOC for S&M team on all queries, technical inputs for business cases, business case evaluations

- Responsible for Customer Account / Field / Deployment activities involving interacting with multiple interfaces of customer (Technical Operations), understanding requirements, proposing solutions, Implementation, Integration & UAT.- Effort Estimation for operational task, task assignments & project planning- Interaction and planning with clients and third party vendors on product integration, delivery & UAT- Managing operations department with 12 team members for various locations and 24x7 support.- Identify / Escalation of any risks / issues and recommending solutions to the management- Interfacing with Product management, Management team, and Quality Assurance and Operations teams.- Responsibility for timely delivery of customer releases as per schedule and quality.- Testing / validation, progress tracking / monitoring, ensuring logging of test results / bugs, monitoring of efforts / schedule, bug fixes verification, preparation & review of Installation- Ensuring quality / process objectives, contribution towards process improvements, Audits- Meeting SLA for all the reported bug fixes of Minor, Major and Critical types.- Hardware management of all hardware deployment across services- Signalling, RBT & Voice media cards and Storage devices.- Functioning as the SPOC for all domestic and international customers and all internal/external stakeholders for that account- People Management – Interviews, Mentoring, Training, Knowledge sharing, Team building.
