Project Management:• Handling of multiple fast paced Projects (end to end) from project estimation/ costing to final handover and payment realization.• Co-ordination with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal & other teams (subject matter experts) for preparation of techno-commercial proposals, project execution & commissioning.• Close monitoring of projects on cost & resources. Good Knowledge in coordinating completion of moderate to complex projects. Ability to mobilize project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, and determines resources needed. • Obtaining approval of drawings, documents and Quality Assurance Plan from client, consultant and third party inspection agencies.• Close co-ordination with procurement team and follow up with subcontractors/vendors from issuing RFQ to material delivery. • Managing the inspection points on a project, facilitate onsite inspections, act as a point of contact for clients and/or inspectors.Sales/ Marketing:• Drive the costumer research and market intelligence agenda for individual project(s) to devise the pricing strategy.• Cost estimate calculations for Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and services of entire package.• Preparation of Commercial Proposal and submission to customer.
