Allocating the expenses according to product and update the profit and loss account accordinglyg. Preparing the cash flow (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)h. Putting the previous Years data for comparison of current years informationi. Putting the budgeted data for comparison with actual informationj. Compiling the above report and prepare the separate consolidated reportk. Preparing pie chart, Pivot Table & Vlookup for sales and collection for major brandsl. Preparing stock wise MIS reports2- Preparation/Finalization of accounts and Statutory Audita. Planning, supervision and controlling the audit program for every departmentb. Preparation and passing final entries after verifying the ledger accountsc. Preparation for assets addition, depreciation working etc.d. Preparation of gratuity calculation as per Act on yearly basise. Preparation of stock statement in detailsf. Knowledge of E-Banking of Statutory Payments.g. Experience of remitting payments through internet banking channels like RTGS, NEFT, etc.3- Preparation of documentation for yearly IT return fillinga. Preparation of final set of Balance Sheetb. Assisting the auditors for preparation of reports and statements for return filling4- Verification of payments.a. Verification of all payments made at all locationsb.
