 Started my career journey in Wipro Limited as an application support executive in Mumbai for L&T finance project in client location. worked in Telenor Myanmar Engagement Project since Nov, 2016 till Sep, 2021 Joined Telenor Myanmar project to handle contextual marketing platform as a Technical specialist Acquired skill like automation using shell scripting, python, Html/css, product upgrade, incident management , SR management, testing with APIs in a 24/7 shift work. After having a good experience in the domain recommended to travel to Bangladesh as short term onsite deputation to stable the same system using by grameen phone telecom operator in Bangladesh. After system stabled there immediately moved to Myanmar as a long term onsite deputation to handle the position as Business Analyst in the same domain. Since then handled this domain being a single point of contact between Telenor Business and IT team to make the business use cases implementation through this system. Took business use cases from business team to implement campaign strategies through this campaign management system with a discussion with Telenor IT in an architectural point of view Later in 2019, acquired position of Team lead for this CMP domain with 9 people team resources in both onsite and offshore  Handled Technical work of this domain end to end like product upgrade, testing with APis, testing with other third party system, automation, fix the basics, Risk management, Incident Management, UAT/ SIT/ OAT,  Played a vital role in Mobile revenue for Telenor Handled many big integration project like integration with signaling , integration with billing system single handedly without any impact / incident Developed CDR feed processor in system to process the feed and use it in business use case Handled domain smoothly even in critical situation in Myanmar with extended support and emergency support whenever needed
