At Aurigo Software Technologies, our organization provides Capital Planning and Project Management SaaS application catering to over 50 state, construction and DOT agencies and industries in the United States. My role as a Site Reliability Engineer allows me to apply my extensive AWS Architect and Developer expertise to ensure performance, security, scalability, reliability and continuous optimization of the underlying SaaS application provided to our customers which is the backbone of our Product. With my Advanced skills on AWS services including Windows Server EC2 instance creation and administration, IIS administration, Implementing zero-trust security measures for the Product Infrastructure using AWS services including and not limited to WAF and ALB.Being an SRE at Aurigo, I played the role of being the first line of defense and response to any customer or infrastructure related issues related to the security and performance of our SaaS product. My extensive proficiency in security and monitoring tools Sumo Logic, OpenSearch on AWS and New Relic allowed me to stay ahead of any performance bottlenecks and security issues for our SasS application.I also provided the required support to all Developers, QE's and Architect's at Aurigo to efficiently enhance our SaaS application by recommending and provisioning all necessary infrastructure in AWS including and not limited to EKS, DocumentDB, Redis, Lambda, SQS, S3 and .NET SDK's for AWS, thereby enabling my organization to successfully migrate our SaaS application from a monolith application to a loosely-coupled microservices based architecture thereby significantly improving customers UI and UX and helping Aurigo expand its customer footprint in the industry.Previously, as a Senior Analyst and System Engineer at Infosys, I contributed to a diverse range of projects. My proficiency with AWS and cloud infrastructure has been integral in optimizing systems and processes.
