For the past 25 years I've helped large companies in multiple sectors design and launch new customer value propositions - new products, services, experiences and businesses - and build in-house innovation capability to driver top line revenue growth. That's involved working with CXOs, leadership and cross functional teams to make the change happen. I've worked in different environments - global companies, start-ups, and scale-ups - to build the business, run strategy and transformation engagements, and help clients innovate to disrupt their markets.
